The Henna Sooq Team is pleased to offer our clients Personalized Hair Consultations.

Khadija, owner of Henna Sooq, and other trained staff will be available directly to take any of your questions about henna, hair care, and recipes that you may have.

Personalized Hair Consultations are available through email by filling in our Contact Form, Live Chat hours, and also by calling us at 410-579-4543.

Preparing your Contact Form:

  • Please be sure to fill in your Contact Form with as much information as possible so that we can best give you recommendations and answer all of your questions
  • Double check your email to ensure it’s entered correctly as we do receive mistyped emails and therefore can’t reply back
  • Please leave a call back phone number, if possible
  • Replies from Henna Sooq Team via email can take up to 48 hours to hear back from us. Please be patient

Live Chat

  • Live Chat is found at www.HennaSooq.com on the bottom right hand corner inside an interactive chat box
  • Click on the interactive chat box to start chat during Live Chat hours of 5-8 pm EST Monday through Friday
  • A Henna Sooq Team member will be available to answer all of your questions and offer recommendations

Calling in for your Personalized Hair Consultation:

  • Please call us at 410-579-4543 during our business hours of 10 am to 6 pm EST
  • During business hours, you’ll reach a staff member who will then take down necessary information needed so that we can give you recommendations and best answer your questions
  • Staff member will also ask you questions such as: What color are you trying to achieve? What is your hair type? What other hair concerns or areas would you like to focus on?
  • If you’re uncomfortable giving certain information to our staff, please be sure to let them know that you’d like to leave just your name, email and phone number so that the Henna Sooq Team can contact you
  • Please allow the Henna Sooq Team up to 24 hours to contact you with your Personalized Hair Consultation

Personalized Hair Consultations are an exclusive one on one time given to our clients at no cost. This is a $65.00 value!

Who and why would a client need a Personalized Hair Consultation?

  • Those who are new to henna, and ayurvedic (herbal) hair care
  • A client who is having issues or concerns with their recipe
  • Someone who would like more information on what products best to use for their hair focus and regimen
  • A client who may need more one on one time when staff is unable to answer detailed questions

Not all clients will need a one on one Personalized Hair Consultation and our staff will be more then happy to answer questions to the best of their ability, including product specific questions, immediately when you call during our business hours.

We strive to help assist our clients as quickly as possible.

    I have brown hair #4 and I want to dye my hair a bronze color when I put in weave I use #30 which henna mixture should I use to get this color.

    hi, I have black hair, I’ve never dyed my hair. I am starting to get a few greys, and thinking about doing some highlights. I am wanting a really dark colour, so what would you recommend? also which henna is the best to stain nails with?, again a dark turnout. thanks
