I always like to apply something onto my henna design after the paste has fallen (or removed) off. Usually it would be a good dose of olive oil, but that can be a bit of a mess, and drippy. For myself, it’s okay but I wanted to offer clients something that works great, is convenient, moisturizes well, and smells yummy!

There are a few aftercare henna balms out there, so our recipe had to be unique, and different. I picked some really good quality ingredients, and began experimenting on what turned out to be our Henna Sooq balm recipe. Finally decided on using premium canadian beeswax (100% pure), cocoa butter (100% natural and from Ghana), mango butter (from India, and extracted from the seeds of this exotic fruit), pure virgin olive oil, and maple vanilla fragrant oil.

It really smells so good!! It helps protect your henna design from chlorine when swimming (as chlorine can cause the design to fade much quicker), and from general use of water. It also deepends the color of the design, and makes it last longer.

This product is only $2.00 USD/$2.50 CAD each. You can buy it online, or local pick up orders, or find out where our next event is as we always have it available. It comes in a lip balm tube sealed for freshness and prevents tampering.

It also can be used for lip balm! That’s what my hubby uses them for when he is stealing my balms for himself!
