Issues you may be experiencing:
- Multiple emails sent to you after you’ve paid for and completed your order at Henna Sooq
- Order is Pending or Abandoned (this occurs when PayPal and Henna Sooq’s site do not fully connect or flow through the system as it normally would. A disconnect occurs and the order does not get seen by us since it’s not in Awaiting Fulfillment area for processing)
