Typically with indigo you’ll be using it for reddish brown, brown, chocolate brown and up to black tones naturally. It’s a 100% pure natural hair dye. Our indigo for hair works amazing on resistant and hard to color hair, and grey hairs.
It has an extremely fast dye release, being ready in 15-20 minutes. The dye content is also very rich and high with our indigo for hair, and will dye your hair raven black tones. Now for a limited time only $5.95 for 100 gram package.
Lush Brown Hair Kit allows you the choice between our henna powders, along with indigo for hair to give you the opportunity to customize your recipe further. On sale for only $9.95.
Directions for Using Indigo for Hair
Mix with warm to hot water only. A bit of salt added to the indigo will help it adhere better to your hair strands, if needed. Dye release needed is 15-20 minutes. Then indigo will be ready to use, either with henna (for tones in the brown range), or on it’s own after a henna application (for black tones).

ive forgotten where i posted my comment to you lol. if you have answered can you answer to my email also as i cannot find where i submitted my comment. I wanted to know whats the nearest halal way i can dye my hair black as i am 24 and i have a quite a lot white strands. it upsets me that i have white hair already. and as my hair is jet black its is said in islam i can clour any colour but black 🙁 so im pretty stuck on what to do.
Hello Nazma, you can easily do henna with indigo to get a nice dark tone, and they used to use henna with katam as well to dye to browner tones. Indigo will give you the same dark results without going black. I hope this helps
