Just look at the color!!
Hi! I actually have a question about using the moroccan henna and indigo in a two step process to achieve a black color. i was wondering if you mix 100% of the henna and 100% indigo, after the color release time for each, can you just put that on using one step like that and still get the desired black color? thank you!
Hello A. No unfortunately that is considered a one step process and still gives you brown tones, not black as it’s still 100% of each which are equal proportions making a brown tone. They have to used at 100% each in two applications to create a black tone. So first henna and then second indigo as the second step for true black tones.
Hi! I.just happened to be on the blog today and came across this. So if I didn’t pre order red Raj I won’t be able to purchase it once it arrives?
Marie, good morning
Yes you can only order this once it comes back in stock.
I preordered, is there any idea of when my order might ship?
Hi Christina, by next week
Hi there! I’ve never used henna but I am super interested a] because I want to achieve red color and b] because I’m really tired of the drying effects of hair dye! I have naturally med-dark brown hair. Right now I have red-brown dye in it, but it often turns a little purple on me which I do NOT like at all. I was wondering two things:
#1. should I remove the hair dye from my hair before beginning henna
#2. will using henna over time yield redder results? I’ve seen various people who have gone from med-dark brown to some beautiful auburns and coppers using henna and I’m curious if it’s something that intensifies with each application?? If so, which would you recommend to get more of a Debra Messing red than a purple/merlot red? Not orange, just a deeper more garnet like red. Thanks!!!! GREAT website, I will absolutely be ordering!
Hi Franny. I hope you got our reply via facebook. Thank you!!
I would like to pre-order the Red Raj. What do I need to do?
This was an older blog post for pre-order back in November 2013. We’re not taking pre-orders at this time. We want to make sure the shipment clears customs and FDA without error.
