Henna Sooq’s Camellia Hair Oil (camellia sinesis) is being recalled. We are recalling this product because the last batch we have has also been recalled by our suppliers, and this was also brought to our attention from our clients.
If you have purchased Camellia Hair Oil from Henna Sooq between August 2010, and September 2010, please let us know. We will be replacing all Camellia Hair Oils purchased during those months. This especially applies if your order was sent to you from the USA (as our Canadian branch does not have this same batch in stock). Our main supplier has also recalled this batch of Camellia oil. What you will notice from previous, and good batches of Camellia oil is that it is light, and clear in color, with no disctinct smell at all. It is a very light oil, and NOT heavy. If the oil you purchased during those months is not like the description given, then please contact us. This is what your oil should look like:
Signs that your Camellia Oil is from a bad batch (August 2010 to September 2010 orders) will be: heavy oil, darker color (like yellow-ish), and an odd, or different smell.
How do you return your product? You will have to contact us at hennasooq@gmail.com so we can issue you a return authorization. You will return your bottle of Camellia Oil to us via USPS mail, and then we will send you a new bottle of Camellia Oil as a replacement. No refunds will be issued. For exchange only.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and thank you for the trust you put in Henna Sooq products.
We currently have placed our Camellia Oil (camellia sinesis) out of stock, and we have a new batch of Camellia Oil (oleifera) available online, until our suppliers have a new batch in stock.
