I had such a good time in Charlotte’s Beauty by Nature Boutique & Salon. They have such a gorgeous store! The services are amazing, and they do special in Henna Color and Ayurvedic hair treatments. We really recommend you make an appointment for hair services with them.
The vast selection of natural hair and beauty products is phenomenal. You will definitely be able to find everything you need right at one stop.
Our Henna Gloss Bar application. We applied this onto a dampened TWA, and put a shower cap over it. Then we allow the Henna Gloss to remain in the hair for 30-60 minutes.
Then when we started rolling out the henna services after the demos. It was just so much fun!
I just love it when henna just makes the clients’ day!
I also got to meet up with Donna Maria, owner of Indie Business. We ate at Miguel’s Mexican restaurant which was surprisingly so delicious! It was conveniently located near the airport. You would’ve missed it as it’s a little house-like restaurant with a gravel driveway and I almost drove right by.
The food was so good and I was so hungry that I didn’t even have time to take a photo of my food, which was a chimichanga, like I usually do.
I really do look forward to being back in Charlotte some time soon. Perhaps not when the return flight gets delayed for 2-3 hours (severe thunderstorms), and does a quick pull up to abort their first attempt at landing (which scared the mess out of me!). I can pass on those parts of my trip for sure.
