Hello everyone! Thanks for coming by Henna Sooq’s blog. It’s been extremely busy here and we apologize for any inconvenience and any delays in orders if this applies to you.

We have some not so great news and we want to make sure our clients know what’s happening and what currently is going on.

Our new shipment of indigo for hair came into the USA on December 1st. Customs has cleared it but FDA has pulled our shipment and it’s currently under review. FDA says they are backed up right now, and they aren’t sure how much time it’ll take. We don’t even have a compliance officer assigned to the shipment as yet. So we’re very frustrated, and disappointed that it’s been delayed this long, and that we’ve disappointed many of you waiting on this fabulous indigo for hair to color your hair naturally.

Occasionally this will happen, where the FDA wants to further check into what is being imported and make sure all labeling and ingredients are listed. We’re really hoping it’ll be cleared soon. It might have to be until after the holidays. We just want to let you know we’re so sorry for this, and it’s beyond our control.

Indigo for hair has been marked on our site as a pre-order item ONLY. This means you are pre-ordering the indigo and will be the first to receive it once it comes back in stock. This also does mean your complete order will NOT be shipped out until the new indigo arrives. If you don’t want to wait, please pre-order the indigo separately and make a second order for products you need right away.
