As we work on our new studio and setting it up, we have already started seeing clients and we’re really excited!
I want to take a moment to thank Debi and Blume who helped create this original logo which all began with a henna design Debi did for Jamal on his back/shoulder at Henna Chai.
What you create with henna paste as an artist, can be transformed into any other form of art you want it to become. We were really inspired by this dragon and the shape that Jamal decided that this design would become his logo for Budokon Maryland. There is an amazing group on facebook called Henna Artisans, where we focus on henna inspired art in all forms other then skin.
Then Blume took this henna design and created into the perfect logo for Budokon MD. This original design and logo represents Jamal’s passion. Budokon is a beautiful form of living arts, yoga, and martials arts.
We recently had brand new mats ordered for the studio and the logo looks amazing on them. Jamal of course can’t resist a handstand. Show off!
