Hey everyone! We have some new updates for Canadian orders and how they ship.
Recently we updated our Canadian shipping policy.
Orders  placed with Canadian addresses will now take up to 72 hours to process. Orders are shipped out twice a week from within Canada.
We try out utmost best to have all Canadian orders shipped from within Canada (from the Toronto area). There are times when certain products are out of stock in Canada, and therefore your order will have to be shipped from the USA (where our main branch is located). Orders sent to Canada from the USA will not be charged duties and taxes due to the tax treaty between the USA and Canada. Our products are made within the USA and are eligible for the tax and duty free treaty.
Canadian orders can take up to 5-7 days to be received (2-3 days extra if there are handmade products in the order).
We appreciate that you take these changes into consideration when ordering with Henna Sooq. We would like to continue to be able to ship from within Canada whenever possible, and hope we can continue this shipping program.
