When we came to Toronto from Montreal, it wasn’t very easy. Making a big move like that (for work), and finding the right people to trust with helping you purchase your very first home, takes patience or a great referral.

Thank goodness we didn’t have to rely on patience (which at times I don’t always have much of), but we had a great referral from Holly. She is a talented web designer, and henna artist local to the Toronto area.

It’s can also be a nerve wrecking situation to choose the right real estate agents to work with you, and to trust. Trust is a big issue. They have to really be on their job, and be working for you 100%.

At The Real Estate Guys they worked hard for us, and made us really feel at home here. They understood all of our needs.

Should you happen to be looking for trustworthy, patient, and relaxed agents then these guys are for you! They don’t pressure you. They are straight forward, and protect you, your family, and friends.

Personally we had Tuan, showing us homes when we were buying. We saw about 15 homes in one day. Towards the end of the day, and a pregnant lady who was as tired as ever (me!), we finally found “the one”. An absolutely gorgeous, and spacious 4 bedroom home, with 2.5 bath on a quiet street, right near a school, and park. The kitchen alone took our breath away. Perfect! It was a hit!

We scooped it up, and were in contract for the home by the end of the night. When things are meant to be, they come together so easily.

Carlo does a lot of the selling, and he is just amazing at what he does. He does a great job.

Trust us! You will never have to worry again. They take the burden right off your shoulders, and they will tell you that. We can say that they made the transition as smooth as possible.
