We hope you’re all doing well. We understand that many of you are waiting for your Indigo for Hair orders, and for the product to come back in stock. We have been hit with a very extended unexpected delay with customs. The shipment has still not cleared.
Importing can be unpredictable at times, and the government agencies are in control of when shipments are released to the receiver. This is out of our hands, and we sit awaiting clearance.
We do hope this is any day now.
We would like to let all of our clients awaiting their order to please contact us if you would like a partial shipment of your order at this time. We will then ship your indigo to you separately once it comes back in stock.
