A fun, creative way to introduce yoga to kids using animal poses and basic stretching exercises that promote strength, flexibility and coordination.

Kids aged 4-12 will improve concentration and focus, stimulate their imagination and help release energy in a fun environment.

Parents are welcome to join in or grab their own workout in our powder hour yoga class at 4:30

First Gig In Toronto!!

On the verge of not working out, I received our first henna gig here in the big TO (T dot). What happened was that I didn’t have a sitter for my two little ones, and finally got someone at the last minute. I am so glad it all worked out because this gig was absolutely amazing! They were a really great bunch.

This gig was for Forbes Chochla LLP’s (law firm) summer BBQ. It was Hawaiian themed. Everyone chose very nice designs, as can be seen below (some of them). It was a great opening for us here in Toronto. I am still getting used to how far everything is from each other, and all the different areas. Slowly but surely.

So I thank everyone at this summer BBQ for having me, and for being patient. Nice to have met all of you!
