We’ve recently made some changes to our shipping methods with USPS for all Henna Sooq orders.
Shipping rates have also increased to reflect these changes. We’ve added an upgrade of signature on every order placed with Henna Sooq. This ensures delivery of your package right into your hands as it was sent.

Signature and Insurance
USPS includes up to $50 insurance on priority mail shipments, and up to $100 on express shipments. First class shipments ($5.95 rate) do not include insurance. Please add insurance on your shipments as Henna Sooq holds no responsibility nor replacements for damaged orders without insurance coverage. Sorry no exceptions. Since insurance is sometimes not enough, Henna Sooq now includes signature with every order. Sorry signature can’t be waived. Clients are responsible for picking up their orders that require signature at their local post office, if their USPS courier requests this. Signature ensures your order is in your hands. This guarantees your order will be delivered as sent.
