Lemongrass is the best essential oil to have in your natural hair regimen. Lemongrass Essential oil is created by distilling dried lemongrass stalks. It has a refreshing light and earthy lemon aroma. Lemongrass Essential Oil assists in creating shiny hair, balances oily hair and scalp, heals bacterial infection of the scalp and skin and rejuvenates the hair. Lemongrass is known to fight hair loss, treat oily hair, and cure scalp conditions. It is an antibacterial, so it keeps your scalp in a good condition for hair growth. Lemongrass is believed to strengthen hair follicles, which is essential for preventing hair loss. It is combined often with rosemary and lavender essential oils to help treat hair. Creating an oil blend with we recommend you mix 3 tbsp of organic camellia or organic jojoba oil with 3 drops of lemongrass essential oil (double this recipe up as desired).
